Their medical journey began with the completion of a Doctor of Medicine degree from Université d’État d’Haïti in 1999, followed by extensive postgraduate training in General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Cardiovascular Surgery in both Haiti and France. Over more than twenty years in the medical field, they have assessed, diagnosed, and managed patients across medical and surgical specialties, consistently applying evidence-based protocols and demonstrating strong leadership in clinical decision making.

After transitioning into nursing, they continued to expand their expertise, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2016) and later a Master of Science in Nursing (2017) from Florida International University, becoming a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Their nursing and advanced practice experience includes roles in primary care, correctional health, rehabilitation, pediatrics, OB/GYN, psychiatric care, and home-based clinical assessments.

Their clinical foundation was strengthened through hands-on training at Memorial Hospital Miramar, Broward Health Medical Center, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, and Jackson North Medical Center, where they gained experience in medical-surgical care, trauma, psychiatry, pediatrics, and OB/GYN.
